FixFind (“we,” “our,” “us”) serves as a platform to connect individuals seeking services (“Clients”) with service
providers (“Fixers”). While we facilitate the connection, we are not directly involved in the negotiation,
payment, or execution of services between Clients and Fixers.
2. Terms and Conditions
2.1 Definitions
- FixFind: Refers to the FixFind app and its associated services.
- Fixer: A service provider registered on the platform.
- Client: A user looking to hire Fixers for services.
- User: Refers to both Fixers and Clients.
2.2 Use of the Platform
- Clients can browse and connect with Fixers free of charge.
- Fixers pay a subscription fee to access and use the platform.
- FixFind does not process or facilitate payments between Clients and Fixers.
2.3 Fixer Responsibilities
- Pay subscription fees to maintain access to the platform.
- Deliver agreed-upon services in a professional and timely manner.
- Comply with relevant laws and regulations.
2.4 Client Responsibilities
- Directly negotiate terms, including service scope, fees, and timelines, with Fixers.
- Handle all payments directly with Fixers outside the app.
- Resolve disputes directly with Fixers.
2.5 Prohibited Activities
- Use the platform for illegal activities.
- Misrepresent their identity, qualifications, or services.
- Exploit, harass, or abuse other users.
- Attempt to circumvent platform fees or engage in unauthorized activities.
3. No Refund Policy
- Fixer Subscriptions: All subscription fees are non-refundable, regardless of service
outcomes or disputes.
- Client Payments: FixFind is not involved in payments for services arranged between Clients
and Fixers. Refunds for such payments must be resolved directly between the Client and Fixer.
- Refund exceptions: Refunds are issued only in cases where:
- Technical errors caused an incorrect subscription charge.
- Verifiable technical issues rendered the platform unusable.

users.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information on their accounts. Accounts may be terminated for:
